Walking

Healthy Diet
Consume healthy diet which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. Healthy diet helps to boost memory and your capability to learn new skills. Include fish, chocolate, olive oil, nuts, fruits (avocado, oranges and blueberries) and vegetables (green leafy vegetables and dark green vegetables). Consume a diet which is low in fat and cholesterol. To increase the brain health, also include vitamin B rich foods such as fortified cereals, whole grain breads, milk, meat, eggs and vegetables.
