Minerals: Bitter gourd is high in iron, contains double amount of the calcium than spinach, twice the beta-carotene than broccoli, and twice the potassium than a banana. As well, it’s a good source of magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, manganese, and copper.

Yes it is. Sugar levels reduce amazingly. I don' mind the bitter taste as long as it serves the intended purpose. But it also makes you lose to much weight. I have already lost 5kgs in the past two months I have been taking it but my glucose levels have gone normal!
