beware of Tumeric side effects, i took it in powder form and experieced lower GI distress, diarreha, cramping and spasms, even bladder irrited. research it well and check dose before taking it.

The curcumin extracts have amazing health benefits for which they have been the incredible part of industry in the present days.They are used for healing the wounds in an easier manner.

It dissolved the boil i had on the side of my face
